very first we have to the mystery with the wedding rings ventilation: (a lot of requests for gifts and "when is the card? ") Illustrated wedding rings in the last blog entry are actually as such thought, and fit exactly to our ring finger. Our homestay father Cesar Sactic mouse has made as a farewell gift in his jewelry studio, and previously sounded secretly and strange and mysterious way, asked for our Fingergroessen. They have become very beautiful indeed, and matter to us much, but it is not that we without saying anything here would have married! (We do indeed finally fixed upon you!)
Of the Bay Islands we can not report much news, except maybe our night-dive. The underwater world is completely different from floating in the darkness, small Bio-Luminescent plankton animals from the mask, the glowing orange shrimp eyes reflect the beam of flashlights and the blood red sponge coral swaying in the flow of the surf. A truly unforgettable experience! (Presumably, even for the fish in their sleep disturbed) Another dive on the day led us to the ship wreck "Haliburton", which was seven years ago sunk as a dive-tourist attraction off the coast. How surprised we were when we Kapitaenshaus on a newer, chained and overgrown with algae and mussels mountain were there, that so completely would not strictly fit into the idyllic remains of Haliburton. The story: An instructor bought a new bike that he's jealous co-workers on the first day on the "hidden" wreck, he would then find it before. But three days later it was already covered by mussels, and written off entirely as a total loss, and so this little episode probably still enjoys many divers .....
drove After our dive courses in Utila we return by ferry to the mainland, then we went on alone to Copán de las ruinas, a UN World Heritage site of the lost Mayan civilizations. Here you could see really well the stone sculptures and altars, as they are geweswn. It was impressive, and the foggy weather in the morning gave this place a mystical, mysterious touch.
What we in the vicinity of Copán yet visited: An outdoor spa! Hot Sulphur Springs (80Grad hot, 85% sulfur content) of different hot meals, small pools, it was natural foot massages (to wander round stones) and steam bath (imagine over the steam and take a deep breath). Was funny and a very well-maintained facility, the smell was bearable.
The next morning we left Copan and Honduras, crossed the border after 13 hours bus trip to Nicaragua and had a further 5 hours before we get to Managua. The schicksalsgepruefte capital was and is not really nice, is not it true infrastructures since the number of earthquakes and hurricane's thriving city again laid in ruins.

We then decided to visit the Corn Islands in the west of Nicaragua, and charted a zweipropellrige still airworthy machine because we recently had enough of bus travel. This trip has been of some benefit, would like to refer here only on the following pictures.

on Little Corn-Iceland (about 500m long), most people produce their electricity, even with diesel generators. Our hostel had electricity from 18.00-ca. 21.00 clock, after which distributes candles and then we had our flashlights. So we had once on the way home nightly dark with a flashlight walk along the beach, where hundreds of crabs on the Laeutsch were. We found it difficult for critters not to step on their claws, and so we danced barefoot but yet to be bitten back home.

Now, we already traveled directly back across Managua to Granada (pass again bus), and were enjoying the constant power supply and Internet cafes. There is much to discover in Nicaragua, the people are friendly and the scenery impressive. We will of course report back about it in the near term.
